Poster Guideline

Main Theme
“Empowering Collaboration Among Medical Students Through Academic and Non-Academic Activities”

Subtopics

  1. Collaborative research projects among medical students
Collaborative research allows medical students to engage in scientific inquiry as a team. By working together on research projects, students can explore clinical questions, analyze data, and contribute to the medical field. This subtopic emphasizes the importance of teamwork in producing high-quality research and fostering academic growth through collective effort.

  2. Leadership through extracurricular collaboration in student organizations
Leadership in medical school extends beyond the classroom and into student organizations. Through collaboration in extracurricular activities, students can develop key leadership skills by organizing events, managing teams, and advocating for peers. This subtopic explores how these experiences build leadership abilities that are essential for both personal and professional growth in the medical field.

  3. Cultural exchange activities and their impact on teamwork
Cultural exchange activities provide medical students with the opportunity to broaden their perspectives and strengthen team dynamics. By engaging with peers from different cultural backgrounds, students learn to communicate effectively, appreciate diverse viewpoints, and work collaboratively in a globalized healthcare environment. This subtopic highlights the importance of cultural competence in enhancing teamwork and fostering a more inclusive medical community.
