Note: Delegates who wish to arrive or depart outside of the provided time should contact the contact person. Please note that any additional transportation arrangements will be at the delegate’s own expense and should be arranged independently.
The committee cannot accommodate arrivals outside of Sunday, 25 May 2025 as hotel reservations begin on May 25th, 2025.

Delegate Standard Operational Procedure

• Delegates who need to be picked up outside working hours should send a confirmation to the respective contact person.
• In the event of delays or delays in transportation (buses, trains, planes, etc.), delegates must contact the respective contact person.
• Delegates who do not use the departure facilities provided, must report to the respective contact person.
• Each delegate is required to complete the Travel Plan Form which will be sent later after registration.
• Delegates are required to attend all AMSN 2025 events.
• The cultural tour is open to interested delegates as an optional activity. Kindly note that separate registration and a participation fee are required.
• If delegates need to leave the event, they must seek permission from the respective LO.
• Delegates are required to arrive on time when attending all AMSN 2025 activities.
• If the delegate leaves the event during AMSN 2025 without the permission or knowledge of the committee, then the committee is not responsible for any consequences that may occur to the delegate.

Registration

There is no registration fee for AMSN partner universities. UGM will cover accommodation costs for a maximum of two participants from each institution, on 25-27 May 2025. Meals are provided, and bus travel during the agenda will be arranged by the committee.

However, please note that the cultural tour is optional and subject to an additional fee. Accommodation will be provided from 25 May at 14:00 until check-out on 27 May at 12:00. For Cultural Tour participants, there is an option for an extension of accommodation until check-out on 28 May at 12:00.
